About Me Improve
We believe personal growth should be accessible to everyone — not locked behind subscriptions or complicated systems.
Our Mission
Me Improve was built around a single belief: that the best way to grow is to understand yourself through your own data. Not generic advice. Not motivational quotes. Your patterns, your habits, your moods — reflected back to you in a way that's actually useful.
Most self-improvement tools either overwhelm you with features or oversimplify to the point of being useless. We set out to build something in between — calm, focused, and genuinely insightful.
What We Built
Me Improve combines three tools that work together:
- A smart goals tracker — add the habits that matter and mark them done each day.
- A daily check-in — four quick questions every evening about your energy, focus, mood, and satisfaction.
- AI pattern analysis — after a week of data, the AI finds the connections between your habits and how you feel, and surfaces insights you'd never spot on your own.
Together, these three tools create a feedback loop that helps you understand what's actually working in your life — and what isn't.
Why It's Free
Me Improve is completely free. No paywalls, no locked features, no freemium tricks. We believe personal growth tools should be accessible to everyone regardless of income. You don't even need to create an account — the app works fully in your browser from day one.
Optional sign-in lets you sync your data across devices, but it's never required and always free.
Our Values
- Privacy first. Without an account, your data never leaves your device. With an account, it's stored securely and never sold or shared.
- No noise. No streaks gamification, no push-notification pressure, no social comparisons. Just you and your data.
- Honest AI. The AI only uses your own data and is told never to invent statistics. If the numbers aren't there, it won't make them up.
- Accessible by default. Works on any device, any browser, with or without an account.
